Stretcher bars are readily available in regular standard sizes. However, it is very expensive and often takes a lot of time to get stretcher bars in non-standard or irregular formats. With this new system you can solve this problem at once! Normally pre-fabricated interlocking corners in the stretcher bars are used to connect the bars and complete the frame work on which (painted or printed) canvas can be stretched. The AllSize® system offers channeled profiles which can be cut to any size in 45° miter joints to make the frame work. Specially designed wedges to be inserted into the resulting corners have the dual function of connecting the bars and tensioning the canvas.In the pre-fabricated double channeled profiles wooden inlays can be placed to connect possible left-over pieces together. There is hardly any waste as all pieces can be put to use.
The AllSize® system is a ‘must’ in your stretcher bar program. The introduction set consists out of 10 pcs. stretcher bar profiles of 200 cm, 2 pcs. centre/cross bars of 200 cm, 2 extender-inlays of 150 cm and 56 wedges/corner joints.
